Module: Legal Writing and Reasoning (TPP)

On April 29, 2013, KJI in cooperation with EROL / USAID conducted a one-day training on the next module: Legal Writing and Reasoning.The purpose of this training was to establish the best practices in terms of drafting and full reasoning of court decisions on the implementation of modern methods in identifying the legal problem (IRAC).During this training was introduced and discussed the content and importance of the legal writing and reasoning. There were also pointed out the disadvantages regarding the reasoning of decisions in criminal and civil fields in practice. To avoid these disadvantages and the purpose of the proper interpretation of the provisions the IRAC (issue identification, identification of the order, analysis and conclusion) method was presented and the way of its application in practice through hypothetical examples. 
Beneficiaries of this training were Judges of Court of Appeal
