June 8-9 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions on the online platform Zoom, under the submodule on “Reasoning of Judgments”, with Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, President of the Basic Court of Ferizaj as trainer.
Topics that are being covered are: legal writing, importance and principles of legal writing.
The training is delivered in form of discussions that covers practical cases and illustration through practical examples.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
