On March 7, 2013, KJI conducted training on the topic “preemptive right of acquisition and pre-emption”.
During this training were addressed issues related to the content of the preemptive right of acquisition, establishing the right of pre-emption, the differences between preemptive right of acquisition and pre-emption. The training was followed with the discussion of cases from court practice related to dilemmas and practical challenges regarding the topics covered. The beneficiaries of this training were judges of Basic Courts, General Department of Civil Division.
