On 24-25 June 2020, within the initial training program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), are being developed two (2) training sessions through the Online Zoom Platform, under the submodule: “Reasoning of the decisions”. Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, President of the Basic Court in Ferizaj.
Topics that are being elaborated are: Reasoning of the prosecutor’s acts, the obligation to justify the prosecutor's acts and the correct interpretation of legal norms and justification.
During today's training, the newly appointed prosecutors had the opportunity to discuss with the trainers, regarding the topics covered as well as through practical examples.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly appointed Prosecutors (VIII generation), 2019-2020.
