On 29-30 June 2020, within the initial training program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), are being developed two training sessions through the zoom platform, under the module: “Organization of the judicial and prosecutorial system”. Trainers engaged in this training are: Nehat Idrizi Judge of the Appeal Court and Mr. Blerim Isufaj Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution.
Topics to be addressed are: the organization of the judicial system according to the law on courts, the organization of the prosecutorial system and the legal basis of the prosecutorial system.
The topics are being delivered through cooperation between the trainers and newly appointed prosecutors, including also practical examples.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
