Meeting of AJ representatives with UNDP representatives

On July 17, 2020, Representatives of the Academy of Justice Program Department conducted a virtual meeting with representatives from UNDP through the ZOOM platform.

The purpose of this meeting was to prepare in advance for the focus group meetings in order to assess the training needs and design a training program for 2021 in the field of anti-discrimination, a program that will be supported by the UNDP project.

On this occasion, concrete steps were discussed and the dates of the meeting of the three focus groups were set. The first focus group meeting will be: The Office for Good Governance, the Ombudsperson Institution and the local media set out on: 27 July 2020. The second meeting with the representative focus group of ministries and municipalities (Human Rights Office and the Gender Equality Office) will be carried out on: July 28, 2020, while the Focus Group with judges, prosecutors and professional associates will be carried out on August 3, 2020.

In the focus group meetings, the Academy of Justice will give its contribution through competent representatives while UNDP including notifying the participants, arranging the platform for online meetings, translating and designing the program based on the conclusions that will emerge after these meetings in terms of the field of discrimination.
