October 13 2020, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training on the “Property law – according to the European Court on Human Rights’ case law”.
Experts for this training were Ms. Donikë Qerimi, Lecturer in the International Law Department, University of Pristina and Ms. Dafina Buqaj, Lecturer in the International Law Department of the University of Pristina.
Purpose of this training was to extend the participants knowledge on the case law of the European Court on Human Rights (ECtHR) on this Article, with an in-depth overview on the main concepts deriving from this practice.
This training methodology was based on interactive discussions elaborating also different cases from the ECtHR case law.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of the Appeals Court, judges of the Basic court’s instance and professional associates.
