On October 28, 2020, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the EU project Civil Code Support Phase 2, within the Continuous Training Program conducted training through the Zoom platform on "Marital property regime under the Civil Code Commentary on Court Cases"
Trainer engaged in this training were: Mr. Prof. Dr. IUR. Haxhi Gashi, Key Expert on Civil Code Project and Kerstin Niethammer, Head of the Civil Code Team Project.
The purpose of this training was to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the marital property regime, protection of children's rights during court proceedings.
The training methodology is based on interactive discussions, elaborating various cases from court practice.
Beneficiaries of this training were: judges from the Basic Court from all regions of Kosovo and professional associates.
