On 16 November 2020, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the USAID Commercial Justice Program, implemented by CHECCHI and COMPANY, is conducting a training on "Mediation" through the Zoom platform.
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Esat Bozhdaraj, licensed mediator and Mr. Fadil Hyseni, licensed mediator.
The purpose of this training was to advance the knowledge of judges of the VII generation, regarding the novelties brought by the Law no. 06 / -009 on Mediation, as well as the easier identification of suitable cases to be referred to the mediation procedure.
The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of the VII generation.
