Trial advicacy skills

From October 17 – 19 2020, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the US Department of Justice, within the US Embassy – OPDAT, is conducting training on “Trial advocacy skills”.

Trainers for this activity are Mr. Corey Smith, Legal advisor of the Legal Department in US Embassy/ OPDAT, and Mr. Kevin Rapp Federal Prosecutor.

Purpose of this training is to improve the advocacy skills during trial and simulations.

The training methodology is combined with examples and practical cases enriched with the interactive method.

Bwnwficiaries of this training are judges of the basic instance – criminal department, prosecutors from the Special Prosecution, as well as prosecutors of the basic instance.
