On November 20, 2020, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the EU project Civil Code Support Phase 2, within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a Roundtable through the Zoom platform on "Harmonization of court decisions in civil matters".
Trainers engaged in this roundtable are: Mr. Apostolos Anthimos, Senior Project Expert, Prof. Dr. Haxhi Gashi, Key Project Expert and Prof.Dr. Jorida Xhafa Project expert.
The purpose of this roundtable is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the Harmonization of court decisions in civil cases
The training methodology is based on interactive discussions, elaborating various cases from the case law.
