December 8 2020, Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ - Legal and Administratve Reform Project LARP, within its Continuous Training Program conducted trainig through the Zoom platform on the topic of "The Asylum rights and the applicable legislation".
Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Hasan Shala, President of the Appeals COurt, and Mr. Memli Ymeri, CRPK Project Coordinator.
Purpose od this training was to extend the participants knwoledge on issues that relate to the asylum right.
The training methodology is combined with theoretical lecturing and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Apeals Court, and judges and prosecutors of the Basic instance.
