December 15, 2020, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the EU Project on “Support to Civil Code – Stage 2”, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting the roundtable held through the zoom platform “Harmonization of court decisions related to inheritance cases”.
Trainers engaged for this roundtable are Prof. Dr. Jorida Xhafa, Project Expert, and Mr. Xhevat Azemi, Senior Expert of the Project.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on Harmonizing court decisions related to cases of inheritance.
Training methodology is based on interactive decisions elaborating also different cases from the court case law.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges from all regions of Kosovo and court’s legal officers.
