February 9-10 2021 Academy of Justice in cooperation with the IFC/ World Bank Group, within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a training in the Zoom platform on “Comparative court case law in the area of bankruptcy in the European Union Countries”.
Expert engaged in this training is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, judge in the Appeals Court
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of participants regarding the bankruptcy procedure for the assessment of creditors' claims, regularity of submission, deadlines and priority of claims, as well as the assessment of legal conditions and supervision of the procedure of reorganization or liquidation of companies.
Training methodology is combined theoretical lecturing and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the following departments: civil, criminal and commercial, including prosecutors.
