Prishtina, February 8 2021 – Academy of Justice on Thursday February 18th will conduct the commencement ceremony of the Initial Training Program for the 23 newly appointed judges from the Kosovo Judicial Council and decreed at the end of January by the Acting President Mrs. Vjosa Osmani.
At the ceremony the present ones will be addressed by Mr. Enver Peci, President of the Supreme Court, and at the same time Chairman of the AJ Managing Board, Mr. Philip S. Kosnett, Ambassador of the United States of America in Kosovo, Mr. Tomas Szunyog, Ambassador of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Mr. Skender Çoçaj – Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council, and Mr. Enver Fejzullahu, Director of the Academy of Justice.
Invited at the ceremony, besides the newly appointed judges, will be also the Court Presidents. For the Academy of Justice, the newly appointed judges constitute the 8th generation of the Initial Training, which, as foreseen by law, will last 12 months.
