March 2nd 2021, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training on the zoom platform on the topic of “Criminal procedure for perpetrators with mental disorders”.
Trainers for this activity are Mr. Avni Mehmeti judge in the Basic Court of Mitrovica and Mr. Ramadan Gashi, permanent trainer at the Academy of Justice.
Purpose of this training was to extend the participant’s knowledge related to the Criminal Procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders, and eliminate their dilemmas. Criminal procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders, presenting a special procedure that is regulated with Articles 506-518, under Chapter XXXIII of the Criminal Procedure Code of Kosovo.
Training methodology was combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors.
