March 16 2021, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training in Zoom platform on the following topic “Compensation of damage and grounds of liability”.
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge at the Supreme Court and Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, also judges in the Supreme Court.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge related to compensation of damage as a source of law.
Training methodology is combined theoretical explanations and interactive discussions followed with presentation of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, judges of the Appeals Court, and judges of the Basic Courts from all regions of Kosovo.
