On April 1, 2021, within the program for initial training for newly appointed judges eighth generation (8) is being carried out theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure-second part" with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, President of the Court of Appeals.
From the sub-module "Contested procedure-part two" is being addressed: Preparation of the main trial, opening, development and review of the session as well as maintaining order in trial.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases, as well as through exercises by developing a simulation.
The training is being conducted at the Academy building under adequate protection measures against the SARS-2 COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
