On April 2, 2021, within the program for initial training for newly appointed judges eighth generation (8) is being carried out theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure-second part" with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, President of the Court of Appeals.
Within this part are being dressed: facts that doesn’t have to be proven, proving means and collection of evidence, the expertise, the writs - documents and their submission to the parties.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases, and interactive discussion.
The training is being conducted at the Academy building under adequate protection measures against the SARS-2 COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
