On April 7, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Contested procedure-second part" with trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, judge at the Supreme Court.
Within the sub-module: "Contested procedure-first part" are being addressed: partial judgment, the one based on the assertion, the judgment to withdraw from the claim and due to disobedience and the issuance of the judgment without a court hearing according to the provisions under Article 399 of the LCP
The training methodology is being applied through practical cases, and through conversation among the participants.
The training is being conducted online through the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
