On 07 April 2021, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the EU project Civil Code Support Phase 2, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a roundtable through the Zoom platform on: "Civil Code and protection of human rights" children”.
Trainers engaged in this roundtable are: Mrs. Kerstin Niethammer - Project Leader Civil Code, international and European standards for the protection of the best interests of children and Mr. Haxhi Gashi - Key Project Expert Novelties in the Civil Code for protection of children's rights.
The purpose of this roundtable is to advance the knowledge of participants regarding Novelties in the Civil Code for protection of children's rights.
The roundtable methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this roundtable are: Judges, lawyers, notaries, representatives from UNCIEF, representatives from Save the Children, representatives from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, representatives from the Coalition of NGOs for Human Rights.
