On April 8, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Contested procedure-first part" with trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi judge in the Supreme Court.
Within this training session are being addressed the following: Appeal against the judgment, legal interest in challenging the decision, the effects of the appeal, the action of the court of first instance when the appeal is through regular remedy, the reversal of the judgment of the basic court and rejection of the lawsuit and the manner of decision-making by the court of second instance on appeals against rulings.
The training methodology is being implemented through practical cases, and through interactive discussions.
The training is being conducted online through the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
