April 28 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges, generation 8, is conducting a theoretical training from the Sub-module on “Property and other related rights”, with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Supreme Court judge.
This training session from the sub-module on Property and other real rights, is elaborating on the following: Ownership and property, characteristics of the ownership and limitation of ownership.
Training is taking place based on practical cases and in form of conversation. The Training is being held with physical presence at the Academy of Justice, respecting the protocol and decision for COVID-19 prevention measures; the training is also available online connecting through the Zoom platform. Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of them of the Serbian community.
