April 30 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training for newly appointed judges – generation VIII, is conducting a theoretical training on “the Property law and other real rights” with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this training session are treated: Basics of gaining ownership, the manner of acquiring the property, the conditions for acquiring the right of ownership and the holder of the property right.
The training methodology is applying practical cases thus addressing different examples from case law. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy, respecting the protocol and the decision on preventive measures for the Covid-19 virus. It can also be attended online, as there is also the possibility to access it through the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
