On July 4, 2013, KJI within the training program for other professionals of the judicial system has conducted a training for executive officers of basic courts of Kosovo on the topic “executive procedures and actions on monetary items”.
The purpose of this training was to establish best practices in the proper implementation of the executive procedure with particular emphasis on executions in customers' bank accounts.
During this session were addressed in details the seizure of bank accounts, identification of bank accounts and of the debtor, how to order the seizure of bank accounts and the transfer of amounts, obligations of banks during the execution procedure, execution in personal income and special cases of monetary items of public authorities.
Beneficiaries of training were executive officers from all Basic Courts of Kosovo.
