On May 17, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Uncontested Procedure" with trainer Mrs. Drita Rexhaj, judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: Forms of decisions, regular legal remedies (appeals), extraordinary remedies, repetition of the procedure, disputed facts related to the preliminary issue and resolution of the preliminary issue.
The training methodology applied consist of practical cases and different examples from practice. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy and in real time on the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
