May 18, 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the 8th generation of newly appointed judges, is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Contested Procedure – First part, with trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, judge of the Supreme Court.
The sub-module on Contested procedure – first part, is elaborating cases from the courts case law, and forms of correct application of the LCP provisions in concrete situations.
Training methodology is applying the case-based method and using interactivity through exercises. The training is taking place physically at the Academy’s premises and is also available online via Zoom platform. Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
