On May 20, 2021, the Academy of Justice within the Other Activities Program the training is conducted with physical presence and is also available online Zoom platform on "Disciplinary proceedings, transfer of employees, drafting and reasoning of decisions by the employer, and judicial protection."
Trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Appeals Court.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on reasoning of decisions by the employer and the judicial protection.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical lecturing and interactive discussions, followed by practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are officials of the Kosovo Police and the Academy of Justice.
