On May 20, 2021, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training was conducted under the module "Economic Law" with trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
During this session are addressed: Legal sources of IPR, IPR classification, copyright and related rights, copyright classification, special copyright contracts, duration of copyright, trademarks and legal protection of trademarks.
The training methodology has been applied with practical cases as well as through reviews and exchanging judicial experience. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy taking into account all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
