On May 25, 2021, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges of eighth generation (8), a theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Reasoning of decisions - in the civil field" with trainer Mr. Albert Zogaj, Judge of the Supreme Court.
Within the first training session under this sub-module are being addressed: Legal writing and reasoning through the IRAC method, structured questions, analytical process, analysis, importance and need for the analytical process, and written legal analysis.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases as well as through interactive discussion, including elaboration of practical cases and IRAC method. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy by implementing preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
