On May 26, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Economic Law" with trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In this session, topics that are being addressed are: Jurisdiction of the court and legal remedies, the beginning of bankruptcy proceedings, legal consequences of opening a case and the administration of bankrupt property.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases as well as interactive discussion. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy implementing all the preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
