On May 27, 2021, within the program for initial training for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8) is conducting theoretical training under the module "Administrative Law" with trainer Mr. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Court of Appeals.
Within this topic under the module "Administrative law" are being addressed: Administrative act, revocation and repeal of administrative act and execution of administrative acts.
The training methodology is being applied through practical cases by addressing concrete examples regarding the subject matter. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy, implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
