June 22 2021, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on the Property protection law – the ECHR Article 1 of Protocol 1, that is being held online via the Zoom platform.
Trainer engaged for this activity is Ms. Donikë Qerimi, Lecturer at the International Law Cathedra, at the University of Prishtina.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the right of respecting the person’s property and the possibility of depriving of this right for the public interest and under conditions foreseen by law, and by general principles of the international law.
The training methodology is of the combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
