On June 23, 2021, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the EU project Civil Code Support Phase 2, within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training through the Zoom platform on "Harmonization of court decisions in family matters".
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Haxhi Gashi, the main project expert and Mrs. Jorida Xhafaj, senior expert.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding provisions of the current Family Law, knowledge of the specifics brought by the Civil Code for marriage.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions while presenting practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges from the Court of Appeals and judges from the Basic Courts.
