30 January 2014 – Today the KJI organizes training on “Preliminary Hearing, Second Hearing and the Main Court Hearing” delivered for the beneficiaries/ judges and prosecutors of the Basic Courts, namely Serious Crimes and General Departments.
The training will focus on characteristics of the preliminary, the second and the main hearings, which besides being novelties are also very important, and certainly necessary to be elaborated because the assessments have shown that there are difficulties and issues in their implementation.
