13 February 2014 - Today the KJI organizes training for judges and prosecutors of all instances on the topic of “The right to a fair trial according to the European Convention for Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the ECHR”.
The training will focus on issues related to a fair and timely trial as requested by the ECHR, the general principles of ECHR related to a fair trial, as well as violations identified in the judicial practice of Kosovo and the European Court for Human Rights – ECHR.
