On March 6 2014, the KJI is organizing training for judges and prosecutors of the basic instance on the topic of “Protection against domestic violence”.
The training will elaborate the following topics: Domestic violence and protection order, procedure for deciding upon requests for protection order, the protection measures and duration of the measures, as well as supervision of enforcement of the protection order.
