“Co-ownership, joint property, sharing and apportioning”

On March 18 2014, the KJI’s Continuous Training Program provided a training session on the aforementioned topic.

This training elaborated issues related to co-ownership and joint property, differences between these two forms of property with regard to determination of ideal parts. Particular emphasis in discussion was paid to the joint marriage property, and separate property – criteria and forms of assessment, determination of the value and apportioning of the joint property during marriage and after its termination.

The training was conducted through interactive discussions and based on the case law.

Beneficiaries of this training were judges of the Appellate court and Basic Courts of all regions of Kosovo.
