On May 7th 2014, the KJI in cooperation with the Correction Center in Dubrava held a practical training for the candidates of the 5th generation of the Initial Training Program (ITP).
Purpose of this training was that the candidates for judges and prosecutors attending the ITP trainings are given the knowledge about the work and activities that are done at the Correction Center in Dubrava.
During the training candidates learned about the history of the Correction Centers, its structure, legal basis, the prisoners, their classification based on the risk, benefits, their health care, correspondence, information, vocational education, their visits, etc.
After the training, the candidates had the opportunity to visit internal premises of the Correction Center: the court, the pavilions, the school, the library, the visit room, etc.
