On March 27 2013, KJI organized a training session on the topic “Law on Peace and public order”.
This workshop addressed issues related to Article 4 and Article 5 of the Law on Peace and Public Order, arrogant behavior, fighting - meaning and notion and public order. In particular, in this roundtable were addressed the draft law on minor offences and novelties included in this draft-law.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of the basic courts – minor offence department, from all regions of Kosovo.
