On September 23, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8) a theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Criminal Code - special part" with trainer Mr. Besim Kelmendi, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.
In the framework of this training session, the topics that are being addressed are: Overview of criminal offenses against marriage and family, criminal offenses against public health and criminal offenses of narcotics.
The training methodology applied consists of practical cases with interactive discussions. The training is being conducted in a combined way, in person at the Academy of Justice, implementing all measures against the COVID-19 virus and online through the platform 'ZOOM' in real time.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
