Sub-module: Criminal Code – General Part; Session five; Topic: “Cooperation in commission of a criminal offense”

On September 24 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting theoretical training of the criminal law area, from the Sub-module on the Criminal Code – General Part, with trainer Mr. Hashim Qollakaj, judge in the Appeals Court.

 

This training session for the newly appointed judges is elaborating on the following: cooperation conditions and characteristics for its existence, necessary co-perpetration, indirect perpetrator and the responsibility and punishment of co-perpetrators.

The training methodology is applying presentation of practical cases with interactive method of discussions. This is a hybrid training with combination of face-to-face participation, implementing all measures against the COVID-19 virus, and online through the ‘ZOOM’ platform in real time.

Beneficiaries of the training are the 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
