September 28-29 2021, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a specialized training via Zoom Platform on the topic of “Fraud and Corruption in Public procurement – Session II”.
Trainers engaged of this training are Mr. Admir Shala Chief Prosecutors in the Basic Prosecution in Prizren, and Mr. Agim Sheqiri Trainer on Public Procurement.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants professional knowledge on implementation of the contract, as well as investigation and adjudication of crimes of this nature.
The training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Basic Courts, including judges of the Special Department, prosecutors of the Basic Prosecution Offices and prosecutors of the Special Prosecution.
