October 1 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the Sub-module on the Criminal Code – Special part, with Trainer Mr. Avni Mehmeti, Judge in the Basic Court of Mitrovica.
This training session is elaborating on the following: causing general danger, destruction, damage and removal of public installations, destruction, damage or removal of protective equipment and endangering safety in the workplace, illegal construction, illegal construction works, criminal offenses of weapons and use of weapons or dangerous means.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and the interactive method of discussions. The training is taking place in combined manner, dividend in two groups, one of the groups is attending physically at the Academy of Justice, while the second group is attending online via the Zoom platform. Beneficiaries of this training are the 24 newly appointed judges two of whom ere of the Serbian community.
