October 7 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Cybercrime” with trainer Mr. Skënder Çoçaj, judge in the Basic Court of Prizren.
The third session of this training is covering the following: cybercrime as criminal offence, prosecution procedure, international cooperation, internet basis and the global network.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and the interactive method. The training is being held in combined manner, with physical presence at the Academy of Justice applying all protection measures against COVID-19, and online via the Zoom platform.
Beneficiaries of this training are the 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian Community.
