Sub-module - Law on Minor Offenses, topic - "Minor Offense, Minor Offenses Procedure and Judgment on Minor Offenses", first session

On October 12, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training was conducted under the module "Law on Minor Offenses" with trainer Mrs. Biljana Rexhiq.

Within the module "Legislation and additional skills" a first training session is being conducted under the module "Law on Minor Offenses" addressing the following: The right to minor offenses, regulations, initiation and development of minor offense proceedings , the injured party, the content of the request, the decision according to the request for the development of the minor offense procedure, the measures for securing the defendant in the procedure, the summoning of the defendant and the witnesses, the bail and the detention.

The training methodology is being applied with practical cases and interactive discussion. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy of Justice, thus implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.

Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
