October 13-14 2021, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the European Institute of Public Administration – EIPA Luxembourg is conducting a training via Zoom platform on the European Union Law.
Trainers for this activity are Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, Professor at the University of Pristina’s Law Faculty, Ms. Martina Anzini EIPA expert, as well as Mr. Tomasz Kramer EIPA expert.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the impact of the EU and Council of Europe legislation, as well as the case law of the European Court on Human Rights (ECtHR).
The training Methodology is combining theoretical presentation and interactive discussions on the presented practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Supreme Court, the Appeals Court, and judges and prosecutors of the Basic instance.
