October 29 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program, generation 8 is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on the Initial and the Second hearings with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Acting President of the Appeals Court.
First session of this training is elaborating on the following: public nature of the judicial nature, preservation of the confidentiality and protection of injured parties and witnesses.
Training methodology is applying practical cases combined with the interactive discussions. The training is taking place in person at the Academy’s premises implementing all protection measures against COVID-19, and is also available online via the Zoom platform.
Beneficiaries of this training are 14 newly appointed judges who of whom are of the Serbian community.
