Call for participation on the Cybercrime Training of Trainer’s Program

purpose of this training is to identify and build a trainer’s team that initially will be trained on the basic module that will take place online, and the same team will subsequently be trained on advanced modules by the project experts, which trainings will be held in person in the first part of the 2022.

The ToT Program will be an opportunity for the selected candidates to obtain advanced knowledge on providing future trainings on the cybercrime and electronic evidence that will be organized by the AJ.

Based on the terms of cooperation between AJ and the iPROCEEDS Project, the Academy will be responsible for selection of at least 15 to 30 candidates participating in the ToT Program through a competitive and transparent process.

The candidates interested to participate in this program shall send their CV or a professional resume.

  • The ToT Program
  • Objectives:
  • Develop professional trainers for judges and prosecutors;
  • Provide a sustainable training program for implementing a unified and effective training methodology;
  • Develop presentation and facilitation skills;
  • Design courses, develop curriculum, as well as
  • Prepare the course materials.
  • Expected timeline of the ToT Program: December 2021 - 2022.
  • Duration of the ToT Program: During 2021 it is expected that one (1) Training of Trainers is delivered via Zoom platform on the area of Cybercrime with basic elements, which will precede the two (2) Specialized Trainings of Trainers, that are expected to take place during 2022 on the Cybercrime and electronic evidence.

 

  • Eligibility criteria:
  • 5 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in the justice area;
  • Knowledge of legal framework and procedures, general and/ or expert’s knowledge;
  • Ability to collect and analyze the training content;
  • Competence regarding the use of digital/ online learning tools or the commitment that this will be a priority if selected as a trainer, also the commitment to apply e-learning will be considered a priority.
  • Training experience (if any).
  • Be a representative of one of the following professional groups:
  • Judge, prosecutors or member of the judiciary,
  • Cybercrime expert,
  • Employee in relevant institutions for preventing, prosecuting and investigation of cybercrime.

Only candidates that meet the criteria will be invited to the Training.
