November 5 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the Criminal Procedure Code – procedure according to legal remedies, with trainer Mr. Hashim Qollakaj Judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is elaborating on the following topics: types of extraordinary legal remedies and the request for protection of lawfulness.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is taking place in person at the academy premises, applying all protection measures against Covid-19, and is also available online via the Zoom platform.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
